INCLUSION

• I LOVE YOU letters foil balloon in red colour. (stuck on a wall)
• 6 pcs. red heart foil balloons.
• 2 pcs. Star foil balloons in Silver or Golden colour.
• 100 pcs. red colour balloons (Not Helium).
• 1 Fairy light.
• Decoration at your place.

Please Note :

• Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done also take care of your valuables.
• You will have to provide a stool or ladder to reach the ceiling.
• Helium blloons are not included in the package.
• Tape will be used to put balloons on the wall.
• The tape will be removable without any damage as long as its removed within 24 hours and the quality of the ceiling is reasonable.
• We can decorate at your place or hotel room if you take permission from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy :

• 24 hours before experience, Cancellation with 80% refund.
• 6 hours to 24 hours before an experience, Cancellation with 50% refund.
• Less than 6 hours before experience : No Refund on Cancellation.
• No Cancellation is possible for 13^th & 14^th February experiences booked, these are Valentine’s Special Packages.
• No cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.

Rescheduling Policy :

• More than 24 hours before experience : Rescheduling at Zero Fees.
• 6 hours to 24 hours before experience : Rescheduling at 25% Fees.
• No rescheduling can be done less than 6 hours before experience.
• No rescheduling is possible for 13^th & 14^th February experiences booked, these are Valentine’s Special Packages.
• No rescheduling is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
